What are the conditions for your buyer to receive an exchange or refund?
All our products are eligible for free return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. The requirements are listed down below: The delivered product is damaged/ defective/ different from the item ordered. The item must be returned in its original condition and must include all the package contents. Must provide a valid original purchase order number from faircost.in The order will be eligible for a full refund/ replacement if all the above conditions are met along with the shipping and handling charges. If any of the above point fails, the order will not be qualified for return or exchange.
Which shipping service provider do you use?
We deliver our product via Delhivery, DTDC, Blue dart, and India Post.
How much time does it take to ship the product?
We usually take 2 days for shipping a product.
How much do you charge for the shipping fee?
As of now we charge a minimal fee of Rs.60/- for domestic and it may vary based of the locations.
